Using our online Resource Locator, in just a few clicks you can find state certified gambling counselors, and the times and locations of Gamblers Anonymous and Gam-Anon support group meetings throughout Nevada. When you call the Helpline, you will be greeted by a caring and knowledgeable Problem Gambling HelpLine Specialist who is ready to listen to what you have to say.  Your conversation with the HelpLine Specialist is confidential so you can speak freely about your own gambling, or your concerns about the impact of someone else’s gambling.  The Specialist will answer questions, offer you helpful information about problem gambling treatment and support resources in your area – for both the gambler and family members – and may also refer you to online resources or offer to send additional information by mail.

2-1-1 is a special telephone number and website that can provide information on additional social services for your area.  2-1-1 services include emergency food, housing, and emergency shelter locations; domestic violence services; children’s services; support for seniors, older persons and people with disabilities; and transportation.

We understand that each person has unique needs and circumstances, so there is no “one size fits all” solution.  It is important to consider all available resources, and choose as many as you need to deal with the impact of problem gambling in your life.
