Now Hiring: Executive Assistant / Administrative Coordinator
Location: Las Vegas, Nevada
Status: Full-Time
Salary: $40,000 – $50,000 DOE

The Nevada Council on Problem Gambling is seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant / Administrative Coordinator to support our Executive Director and help manage the day-to-day operations of our small, mission-driven nonprofit.
This is an ideal role for someone who thrives behind the scenes, enjoys administrative work, and wants to grow within a nonprofit committed to public health, education, and advocacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative support to the Executive Director
- Coordinate scheduling, internal communications, and logistics
- Assist program staff with documentation and project tracking
- Support meetings, events, outreach, and public-facing activities
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Assist with special projects and office coordination
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative or office coordination experience (nonprofit preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through independently
- Interest in nonprofit, advocacy, or mission-driven work a plus
