Thanks to the support of a grant from the State of Nevada Dept. of Health and Human Services, our Nevada colleagues can once again attend the full 2 day event for only $40!!

10th Annual Nevada State Conference on Problem Gambling

Suncoast Hotel ~ Las Vegas, NV ~ May 5-6, 2016

Presented by the Nevada Council on Problem Gambling, this 2 day education and networking event will be packed with the latest information on problem gambling prevention, treatment and research. Visit the Conference Website for additional information, including program schedule and hotel accommodations.

 TRAVEL ASSISTANCE SCHOLARSHIPS – A limited amount of financial assistance is available for Nevada residents only, who must travel more than 100 miles (one way) to the conference location.  Requests will be considered on a first come, first served basis, with preference given to first-time attendees. The State Conference on Problem Gambling is approved for 12 CEUs by:

National Council on Problem Gambling

Nevada Board of Examiners for Alcohol, Drug and Gambling Counselors.

CEU approvals pending from the following additional professional boards:

  • NV Board of Examiners for Marriage and Family Therapists and Clinical Professional Counselors
  • NV Board of Psychological Examiners
  • NV Board of Examiners for Social Workers

    I reside in Kingman, AZ and you are the closest organization to offer this training. What is the cost for me to attend? Thanks.

      Hi Melissa,
      The cost for out-of-state attendees is $85 for the full 2 days ($60 if you’re a full-time student) or $50 for either single day. These options will be available to you when you go to our registration website at https://www.regonline.com/ProblemGambling2016
