SAMHSA Advisory on Problem Gambling

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) has released this 8 page brief that provides an introduction to pathological gambling, gambling disorder, and problem gambling, and their link with substance use disorders.  The new publication also describes tools available for screening and diagnosis, as well as strategies for treating people with gambling problems.  The publication is available on the SAMHSA website to download and print free of charge.
