Programs for Employees and Employers
WHEN THE FUN STOPS™ Problem gambling is a workplace wellness issue that should not be ignored. This one-hour employee training program will introduce your employees to the reality of this community health issue and the resources available for help. Since 1999, WHEN THE FUN STOPS™ has been used to effectively train tens of thousands of employees throughout the State of Nevada.
This program can be relied upon by gaming companies to satisfy the requirement for employee training under NV Gaming Regulation 5.170 – Programs to Address Problem Gambling.

Programs for Counselors
As an advocate for quality treatment of problem gambling in Nevada, the Council presents and supports training opportunities for clinicians who are seeking certification by the Nevada Board of Examiners for Drug, Alcohol and Gambling Counselors. We encourage all mental health and social service providers to become educated about problem gambling issues in order to improve the opportunities for early intervention and appropriate client referral.
